Welcome to VaaniVo, a voice-based social platform operated by INSIGHTCAST PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using VaaniVo and its related services (“Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Key Definitions
- Account – Your registered profile used to access VaaniVo
- Content – Any audio, text, images, or other materials shared on the platform
- Platform – The VaaniVo website and related services
- Services – All features including voice rooms, social interactions, and virtual experiences
- Virtual Items – Digital goods such as coins, gifts, or credits used within the platform
- Prohibited Content – Content that is illegal, abusive, harmful, or violates these Terms
- Third-Party Services – External services integrated into VaaniVo (e.g., payment providers)
2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old to use VaaniVo
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities under your account are your responsibility
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Contain false information
- Violate applicable laws or these Terms
- Pose a risk to platform integrity or other users
3. Platform Usage Rules
By using VaaniVo, you agree NOT to:
- Post or share illegal, abusive, obscene, or harmful content
- Harass, threaten, or exploit other users
- Engage in fraud, scams, or misleading activities
- Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
- Attempt to bypass platform security or moderation systems
We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion.
4. Voice Rooms & User Interaction
VaaniVo enables real-time voice-based interactions between users.
You acknowledge that:
- We do not monitor all conversations in real time
- User interactions are their own responsibility
- We are not liable for user-generated content or behavior
We reserve the right to:
- Moderate, remove, or restrict content
- Suspend users involved in policy violations
5. Virtual Items, Payments & Billing
- VaaniVo may offer virtual items (coins, gifts, etc.) for purchase
- All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law
- Virtual items:
- Have no real-world monetary value
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Cannot be transferred outside the platform
You agree that:
- Any misuse (fraud, chargebacks, abuse) may result in account suspension
- We may delay or block transactions for security or compliance reasons
All payments are processed via secure third-party providers, and we do not store full payment details.
6. Entry Fee Deduction for Voice Chat Rooms
By joining any voice chat room available on the VaaniVo platform, you fully acknowledge, consent and agree that a fixed amount of 20 in-platform sparks/coins shall be automatically deducted from your available account coin balance immediately upon your successful entry into the respective voice room.
This entry charge of 20 sparks/coins is a non-refundable service fee for access to real-time voice interaction service inside the chat room, regardless of your actual staying duration inside the room, early exit or termination of the ongoing voice session.
Users shall ensure sufficient coin balance in their account before entering any voice room; in case your available balance is less than 20 coins, you will be restricted from joining such voice chat rooms unless you top up virtual coins on the platform. No coin refund or compensation shall be issued for mistakenly triggered automatic deduction caused by users’ voluntary room entry.
7. Subscriptions (if applicable)
- Certain features may require a subscription
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
- You may cancel at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable
8. Intellectual Property
All platform elements, including:
- Brand name (VaaniVo)
- Software
- Design
- Features
are owned by or licensed to INSIGHTCAST PRIVATE LIMITED.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the platform.
9. User Content
You retain ownership of your content. However, by posting on VaaniVo, you grant us a:
- Worldwide
- Non-exclusive
- Royalty-free
license to use, display, and distribute your content for platform operation, promotion, and improvement.
You are solely responsible for your content.
10. Prohibit illegal activities
All illegal activities are strictly prohibited, such as gambling, pornography and adult-related content. Any inappropriate flirting, vulgar chatting, personal insult, harassment, privacy disclosure and illegal advocacy in voice chat rooms are also strictly forbidden.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior
- Required by legal or regulatory authorities
- You may also delete your account at any time via settings.
12. Third-Party Services
VaaniVo may include integrations with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways):
- We do not control these services
- Your interactions with them are governed by their own terms
- We are not liable for third-party actions or failures
13. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not responsible for user-generated content
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Platform services are provided “as is” and “as available”
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
